In COSTA VERDE, on the East coast of the Island, between Bastia and Porto-Vecchio, in the area of Moriani Beach, our residence of traditional construction offers to you installations of quality and comfort of very high level. The studios and T3 which make it up all are equipped with kitchenettes, bathroom WC and all are equipped with a privative terrace as well as air-conditioning.
Built on a ground of a surface of 10.000 m2, magnificiently raised with the majority of the species which make our maquis, cane-apple bushes, oaks, myrtle etc., it has a privileged site. The sea is distant a hundred meters approximately and accessible by a small shaded way which leads to a fine sand beach which extends as far as the eye can see.
Table tennis, tennis, beach volleyball, jet-ski, quad, diving, pedestrian horsemanship, excursions. Marina of Campoloro to approximately 3 km.
The seaside resort of Moriani beach located at approximately 2 km and that one can also join besides by the beach, like Folelli apart 6 km, you propose all the trade (Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, beauty parlour, trades of regional craft industry and products etc... like doctors and pharmacy).
Our area of COSTA VERDE benefits from an exceptional geographical situation, â 30 mn of Bastia, 45 mn of St Florent, 45 mn of Corte, 1h30 of Calvi/Russet-red Ile, 1h30 of Oporto-Vecchio/Bonifacio and 2 hours of Ajaccio. You will be able to then visit Corsica while benefitting from the beach, of the very close mountain, comfort and the peace which our residence offers to you.
Our villages, tops perched, at a few 15 minutes in the car, are as many balconies on the sea and expatriation and freshness between maquis and cascades will get to you. For most sporting, without needs to be champions, you will be able to benefit from marked out paths which will take you along in these villages and higher still to discover our area of Castagniccia with its chestnuts centenaries, its villages given up the following the example of Fiuminale which one can join only with foot in 1 hour of walk without major difficulties. Or, for more aguerris, the vault of San Bertolu perched with 1100 meters of altitude and 2 good hours of walk.
